OVT’s manufacturing facility covers two independent industrial parks in Guangdong and Guangxi China. The manufacturing area is over 30,000 square meters with world-class SMT, DIP and assembly lines, which produce 2 million pieces of STB each month.

With its rich experience in design, development, manufacturing, supply chain management and quality control, OVT continues its pursuit of excellent quality and production efficiency, making intensive efforts in upstream and downstream supply chain management with state of the art technology in ERP systems.  All OVT products have passed the CCC CE BIS TTC  certification and the professional certifications required by industries.

To fine-tune the process of product development, production and service, the company has established a complete set of quality management system, which exercises stringent and effective control over all factors that may affect quality. Having obtained the IS09001, ISO14001 and the international quality management system and environmental system certification OHSAS18001, OVT complies strictly to the system standards and procedures of product development, manufacturing, inspection, sales and customer service.
